Bravura Fashion's Online Sales Policy
Unless there is a discrepancy from the final sales receipt and the received product (style, size, color), all sales are final. We do not accept any returns, cancellations, or refunds.
We will do everything within our power to ensure your order is filled within your desired timeframe, so please be precise with your submitted wear date.
Before you are billed you will be contacted by a sales associate to determine the final price and address any contingencies. Contingencies may include confirming that your item is in-stock, your measurements (bust, waist, and hips) are matched with the correct designer’s size chart, wear date, shipping, style, and color.
Orders that are placed before 2 p.m. EST will be processed the same business day. Order that are placed after 2 p.m. will be processed the following business day.
Shipping is not included within the price of the dress. Depending on the designer, expedited and drop shipping is available. Georgia residents are responsible for a 7.75% sales tax. We ship via UPS with signature required for the safety of your merchandise. We do not ship internationally.
Sale dresses are sold from our floor inventory and are as is. Please contact our store for more information.
You will receive an email with an approximate ship date from the manufacturer and a UPS tracking number once it is available. Please be aware that the ship date is approximate and is given by the manufacturer. Bravura Fashion is not responsible for any delays in shipping and/or production by the manufacturer or US Customs.
